MADE TO LAST
IS SUSTAINABLE.

The most sustainable garment is the one you don’t throw away. We fight fast fashion by building pieces that survive years of wear — and by producing them with a lot less waste.

Our approach

Less, but better

Fashion is one of the most wasteful industries on earth, and most of that waste is baked in before a garment is even sold: over-production, dead stock, and cheap blanks designed to fall apart. We can’t fix the whole industry, but we can refuse to add to the pile.

Our model is built around making what’s needed, when it’s needed. Low minimums and on-demand runs mean brands aren’t forced to order 500 units and bin 300. That single choice removes the biggest source of waste in the supply chain.

What we actually do

No vague pledges — here’s the practical stuff, today.

On-demand production

Print to order and in small batches so we’re not manufacturing landfill. No mountains of unsold stock.

Water-based inks

We prioritise water-based and low-impact inks over plastisol where the design allows — softer hand, cleaner process.

Certified fabrics

Organic-cotton and recycled-blend options with OEKO-TEX / GOTS-certified supply available on request.

Waste reduction

Off-cuts and misprints are recycled or repurposed into rags, test prints and internal samples — not skipped to landfill.

Smarter shipping

Consolidated fulfilment, plastic-reduced packaging and recycled mailers cut the footprint of every drop.

Built to last

240gsm+ fabric and reinforced construction mean fewer replacements. Durability is our headline sustainability feature.

Honest note

We’re not perfect — and we won’t pretend to be

Manufacturing has a footprint. Anyone who tells you their clothing is “zero impact” is selling something. Our commitment is simpler and more honest: measure it, reduce it every year, and never over-produce to hit a margin.

If sustainability certifications, recycled fabrics or a full material breakdown matter to your brand, tell us in your brief and we’ll build your order around them.
